Bhagyareddy Varma recognized that the term 'untouchable' was a label forced upon us by the oppressors to break our spirit. He launched the Adi Hindu movement in Hyderabad, asserting that we are the original, indigenous rulers of this land, temporarily defeated by invaders. Reclaiming this historical pride is essential for political awakening.
He fought fiercely against the Devadasi system, refusing to let Bahujan women be exploited under the guise of religion. By organizing massive conferences across South India, he connected localized struggles into a regional movement, laying the groundwork for the unified Bahujan consciousness we rely on today.
भाग्यरेड्डी वर्मा ने पहचाना कि 'अछूत' शब्द हमारी भावना को तोड़ने के लिए उत्पीड़कों द्वारा हम पर थोपा गया एक लेबल था। उन्होंने हैदराबाद में आदि हिंदू आंदोलन की शुरुआत की, यह जोर देते हुए कि हम इस भूमि के मूल, स्वदेशी शासक हैं, जिन्हें अस्थायी रूप से आक्रमणकारियों ने हरा दिया था। राजनीतिक जागृति के लिए इस ऐतिहासिक गौरव को वापस पाना आवश्यक है।
