Swami Achhootanand was a visionary who understood the power of narrative. Through his poetry, plays, and his newspaper Adi Hindu, he challenged the myth of upper-caste supremacy in North India. He told our people that we are not low-born; we are the descendants of the great kings who ruled this land before the Aryan invasion.
He actively opposed the Congress party, recognizing early on that it was a syndicate of the elite castes designed to replace British rulers with Brahmin rulers. He taught us that the Bahujan samaj must have its own independent political voice and never become tools for the oppressors' agenda.
स्वामी अछूतानंद एक दूरदर्शी थे जो विमर्श की शक्ति को समझते थे। अपनी कविता, नाटकों और अपने समाचार पत्र आदि हिंदू के माध्यम से, उन्होंने उत्तर भारत में उच्च-जाति वर्चस्व के मिथक को चुनौती दी। उन्होंने हमारे लोगों को बताया कि हम नीची जाति के नहीं हैं; हम उन महान राजाओं के वंशज हैं जिन्होंने आर्य आक्रमण से पहले इस भूमि पर शासन किया था।
